That is terrible! I would never leave any dog outside no matter what the size or circumstance. It gets way too cold for them to be out there for too long. Mine hsiver when they have to peepee outside and its cold. I would have to say something to her. If she doesn't want them because they chew things in the house, then she not even have them. She should give them away to someone who will love them uncontionally and allow them to stay warm in the house. Those poor babies.
