I know you must be feeling very anxious and irritated bc you want to see your little girls but her excuse seems quite reasonable. My mum and her sisters have to take care of their mum and dad and it's a daily and quite exhausting responsibility. And she might be in her last days and even if she weren't it's her mother and I'm sure she will contact you as soon as she gets a moment to breath. I truly don't believe she meant any harm by it. I hope you get to see your babies soon!
