but the dog is in pain and vet confirmed pancreatitis and dog has liver shunt repair so nothing to mess with. There is an inhouse snap test for pancreatitis now so maybe he did this as some vets have this inhouse now so sounds like they did that and this is not a full cbc panel posted -- i would not mess with it at home from the pain described and dogs mask pain and this dog is showing extreme pain per poster
