Sometimes, I nick Josh and Daisy when I trim the hair around their paws too. When I accidentally nick my dogs, I clean their boo boo and apply some Kwik Stop to stop the bleeding. I give them some treats after their grooming to make sure the grooming was a positive experience. They always give me kisses after the treats. Dogs are so sweet.

I love the potty training idea with the bell. I would love to use that strategy with my dogs. Thanks everybody for the bell training tips. RachelandSadie, I am glad the bell strategy works for your dog. The potty training story was very cute.
