I wasn't able to get anything from the links you listed, But I have seen the website before. TY for the info!!! There are lots of hotels that will accept pets.... not all are worth bragging about. But I will suggest the Marriott Residence Inns - we have stayed at them many times and are well worth it. Almost all of them accept pets and they are a decent place to stay. (OF course, we actually prefer our own beds via the RV...... but sometimes it isn't possible in the winter months)
