I would save your money on this as I have not been that impressed with it. My dogs still jerk their paws and this does not have that strong of a bite to it to remove the end of the nail. I do all my own grooming and I HATE doing the nails so I had high hopes on this tool but I am back to old faithful with a steel cutting edge.
