You can actually go the their site, it will explain everything to you. It doesn't matter where you live. Your vet won't submit any bills. You have to pay everything up front then submit the bills yourself. Make sure you keep all your receipts from the vet. you have to fill out a claim form then either fax or mail it in along with the bills from the vet. I fax mine...you get a quicker response. I usually hear within a few days how much my return is. This time it took a little longer as I sent in a years worth...Which is another thing...you can send them in when you want! There is no time limit on when you have to send them in. I am, so far, VERY happy with VPI. And they are very pleasant to deal with...
