If born from two Biewers or a Biewer / Carrier (Splitter) breeding, he is considered a Biewer. While coloring is a part of the Biewer standard, not every one will conform to it. Of course, this won't keep him from being an amazing pet and even with showing / breeding, coloring should be taken into consideration but in my opinion, shouldn't be the be all / end all.
