Just take Brasco to court with you... That Judge will have a great laugh as well! She is in the wrong and she isn't going to take you to court. If she says anything else, I'd say "Well I know Brasco is very big and vicious, so maybe you should keep your teeny tiny Lab in his own yard!" And then have a good laugh!
