we use a service bell like you would see at a hotel counter. since the day we brought her home we have touched her paw to it to make it ding once and said "outside" then we take her outside to a small chicken wire area and say "go potty" and she does. now she's finally putting the two together and using the bell to go outside and potty.
it's wonderful to have her own little way of telling us she needs to go!
still miserable about being so clumsy, and not only that but i let myself get frustrated with her wiggling and was a little harsh telling her to stop it....
i feel so mean.
