"Hi" Lisa, I'm from PA too.  Good for you for Rescuing an 8 year old Yorkie.  I also have a "Pudge". My Rudy weighs 19 lbs and he's 3 years old.
I add cooked green beans to their food sometimes as a filler like you talked about. I have given them canned no-salt added carrots also. Can't think of anything else right now. |
