This happened with Sophie for up to about 6 mths of age. I think in my album there is a 6 mth pic of her, just back from the groomer, with one ear up and one ear down. As long as I kept her ear tips shaved, they'd stay up. But as soon as it was close to her grooming session, the one would always drop down. They are now strong enough to stay up even with a bit of hair on them. But it was a good 6 mths. till that happened. Be patient...it may come up. Especially if you haven't yet had the top 1/3 trimmed.
