Maddie was just spayed on Wednesday and Thursday night I noticed a few marks that looked like hickeys. They were gone yesterday morning. Maddie also slept alot, and when she wasn't sleeping she would lick her stiches (just the ends were exposed). The vet said as long as she doesn't react in pain if I put gentle pressure on her tummy and she's not trying to get the stiches out she's fine. Someone told me that they have an instinct of what to do. Maddie is running around today like nothing ever happened!
