Hershey is still a baby at 4 months. An ex-pen is a great asset when house-training a puppy. If he can't watch him than he needs to be in the pen. I also use washable piddle pads because one of mine loved to tear the paper ones to shreds. I actually didn't trust mine to run free in the house until they were 1 yr. old. Oh, one other thing. Make sure that you use an enzyme cleaner wherever he has an accident. Otherwise he will return to that spot over and over. ~Joanne~
