Harley's ears went up just about two weeks ago, he was 4 months old, I didn't think they would ever go up, they started too when he was around 10 weeks but one would flop then they both would flop, I tried everything, calcium pills and taping them up, but FINALLY just one day they both were up and I think they are up for good. They seem strong now anyway. It will happen, just takes time sometimes.
