Jake is a very spirited and endearing young adult Yorkie (mix?) who loves to chase toys and take walks. He is potty-trained, well-behaved and has adapted rather quickly to his foster family. He likes to play keep-away and chase with other small dogs. Jake is a sweet little boy who you can often find quietly enjoying a toy or taking a nap at his caretaker's feet. He would make an amazing companion to the right person and/or family that is able to provide him attention, love and patience.
Jake gets along fine with cats but is a bit too timid for kids with their loud noises and fast movements. He is also shy of men and will take someone with a firm but gentle hand to train him that men aren't all evil. Jake is not afraid to bite someone if he feels nervous!
