Correct. All dogs have these mites. Demodex mange is quite common for puppies to have. It is passed on from their mothers. It in no way reflects on the breeder. this particular mange is not contagious to people or other dogs. You probably didn't notice it because it was never that bad. your old vet on the other hand SHOULD have done a skin scrap when he first noticed the rash... but what can you do. glad you found a new vet that is taking care of your bully.
