At least you did the right thing , took her in, found out, and now the dog is getting treated . DO not be so hard on yourself! Shoot everything happens all at once sometimes. Bad timing though. With school starting. I use to teach preschoolers, and that was always a busy time of yr .I taught for over 20 yrs in the ECE field. ANd also have a child who is special needs. One of my Dogs is sick right now too, and back to school this week for for son , has me drained , and I am not even teaching !
I hope everyth8ing smooths out for you in this transition. The Bull Terrier is being treated, and that is the most important thing . Go easy on yourself .
