Hey was it California pets or Preppy pet boutique? I know CA pets closed a while ago, they were across from the mall. They sold dogs there.
Preppy pet was in this weird area, not as nice, but still very pricey. I saw this t shirt and thought it was cute but it was $40! I don't remember if preppy pet sold dogs though. Oh I remember they tried to sell me a $20 bow with a rhinestone on it. I'm like, ok I can make that so easily.
