Hi. I don't know if any of you that joined this forum are from the Houma-Thibodaux Louisiana area. But, I have not had any luck any where else, so I decided to at least try here. I am looking for a female Yorkie puppy. Preferrably under 6 months old. It has to be somewhere close to the Houma-Thibodaux area. My mom won't even consider having one shipped. (She wants to see the puppy first) Or driving way out of town or out of state to get one. We have been trying everything around our local area to find one and no luck at all. Tried classifieds, and nothing listed. And can't find any breeders close by or in our price range. My mom is willing to only pay $550. But, if I pitch in, we will be able to go up to $650.

We owned a female yorkie; Lacey for 13 years. Raised her since she was a 6 week old puppy. But, sadly she got diagnosed with kidney failure just before Easter this year. And my mom had to put her to sleep on June 30th this year. We are all very heartbroken over this. So, if you are from the Houma-Thibodaux Louisiana area and know anyone with yorkie puppies, please let me know. Hoping to get one in time for Christmas or even before.
