It sounds like you've got everything you need!

One thing I have to say is though, the first few nights when you put her in there alone she is going to CRY. It will break your heart, but you've got to let her cry it out. If you run to her and cuddle her, she will get the idea that if she cries, she gets attention and it will create a bad habit in the future. Of course, if she's crying because she needs to potty, that's one thing, but you'll know the difference between the "I'm lonely" cry and the "I need to potty" cry.

Maybe see if the breeder can give you a blanket or something small that her mama sleeps on and put it in with her and also a dirty shirt or something of yours to sleep with. It helps some.
