I eat mainly low carb as a lifestyle. I have fruits and veggies and all kinds of things that I have added back to my dies now but in the begining when I was trying to loose weight fast if I had a splurge type meal I just made sure that I was good the rest of the day and drank lots of water,or plain green tea, maybe have some steamed broccoli or something more healthy for the rest of the day. Also if I splurge then I stay away from the higher fat things until the next day. I don't think that the sweet and sour chicken will throw you off too bad at all, especially since you didn't have rice. The sauce has sugars in it but you will burn them off pretty quickly and your body will be burning fat again in no time
I love low carb because I can eat as much as I want, and still loose weight
