Yeah I know this low carb thing is horrible on your body and kidneys if its long term or you keep yo-yo-ing with it. This is just a quick fix b4 my breast reductioned surgery. My back kills me to run at times because of them now. I alternate between sprints, long distance running and circuit training ( im in the military so we have to at least 3X a week
) I think I am doing pretty good too LOL Thanks!
