I thought of some more For your exercise don't do the same thing over and over again your muscles will start to get used to it and you wont burn as much, what i do is intervals of 3 weeks. For example run 2 miles uphill for 3 weeks then do a week or two of swimming or some other kind of cardio you like. I have a kick a$$ ab workout at home i can get for you too. It sounds like you are doing an awesome job but just remember its unhealthy to lose more than 2lbs a week after the first week. Again I wish you the best of luck I know dieting sucks but eventually it becomes a lifestyle and it doesn't suck quite as bad lol.
