For your exercise don't do the same thing over and over again your muscles will start to get used to it and you wont burn as much, what i do is intervals of 3 weeks. For example run 2 miles uphill for 3 weeks then do a week or two of swimming or some other kind of cardio you like. I have a kick a$$ ab workout at home i can get for you too. It sounds like you are doing an awesome job but just remember its unhealthy to lose more than 2lbs a week after the first week. Again I wish you the best of luck I know dieting sucks but eventually it becomes a lifestyle and it doesn't suck quite as bad lol.
