It's actually good to have 1. something you are craving every now and then because if you don't you will end up splurging on something else and 2. to "cheat" every now and then because it reminds your body that you aren't being famished and can actually kick you metabolism back into gear. If you don't eat much then your body doesn't know when it will get food again so it holds onto everything it gets. Eat 5 small meals a day and try to incorperate some kind of fruit or vegatable into everyone of those meals. Also if you get hungry to early chew on some gum and drink water, LOTS of water.
