So I am doing the low carb thing until I get my surgery ( breast reduction ) to get down in weight so it will look better. I have been doing really good but today I ate sweet and sour chicken ( chicken, sauce, carrots, onions and green peppers)
no rice! I also ran 2 miles, some of which was up hill. Do you think that will throw me off too much? I've already lost 10 lbs in about a little under 2 weeks. Just wanted to know peoples dieting tips or how you incorperated a cheat meal, not a cheat DAY into your diet. Thanks!
