I share this frustration too. I always pick up after my 2 dogs...why can't others do the same? We go to a nearby park a lot, and there's always dog poo around. If I had kids, I wouldn't let them play in the grass at the park because you'd never know when they would step in dog poo! It makes me so mad. I wish that people who didn't pick up after their dogs would get a big ticket - like a littering $200 ticket or something, making them think twice before not picking it up then!!
