If breeding is something you are looking into.....buy the best possible speciman you can afford, one with great lines and a reputable breeder. You have plenty of time to prepare yourself, after all you haven't found that little girl. Remember the process is not cheap, besides the cost of your lil girl, you have all the tests that should performed and the costs of prenatal care and purchasing all the needed equipment.

You do have a reputable breeder in LA Cookie Rogan Jo-nan Yorkshire Terriers and a couple in Mississippi.
