Oh my! It's something that none of want to think about. I know I have 3 boxes. All 3 are different. One wooden, 2 others are gold metal and their names engraved on the top.
My son has told me on various occassions that he hopes he doesn't go before I do, cause I'll put him in one of those little boxes and place him next to Cleo, Melinda and Rusty...... and any of my other dogs that go to rainbow bridge.
My uncle had a had a poodle that was the love of his life. Sadly to say my uncle passed before Inky. When Inky passed, the family had him cremated, late at night we went to my uncle's grave site, pulled back a small section of grass, dug down deep enough and placed Inky with my uncle.
