Ok, I think I understand. My friend who I did Yorkie rescue with, would post other rescue's dogs as a courtesy. My friend would do this as not all people can work a computer or understand how to post their rescue's on Petfinder. But, if the dog is listed as a courtesy it means they have not seen the dog I am guessing and maybe they don't know the people who are fostering the dogs.
Did I understand you to say these were puppies? How old and what is the situation?
Normally I would shy away from this but the Scottie Rescue is the parent clubs rescue which I would think would make them a little more responsible but I am just not sure.
