Thank you both! The puppies were listed on Petfinder and are suppose to be in here in VA. I just wondered if anyone has used them as they offer other small dogs when they come in.
The rescue group Barley came from was K9 Lifesavers. They seemed legitimate on the internet and on the phone, but then we got Barley in horrible shape. From the meet up to get him to actually seeing his condition, it was night and day.
