I think my 2 year old Yorkie, Bunny, may have a problem. I have taken her to the vet they did a skin scraping and looked on the microscope. She has a bump where the microchip is and her skin got like a scab, she lost hair in little clumps (total amount of hair loss is about the size of a dime). I am putting Animax ointment on her. The spot that is bald turned a little darker, it looks like a bruise, but when u press down it doesn't hurt her. I just hope its not a complication with her microchip. So if anyone has any experiences with microchip problems or something like this please let me know. Also they checked for scabies & demodectic mange (excuse my spelling), and they didn't see anything but said it still maybe be possible.
