Scottsdale is huge...super long...but most of it is very nice, and FH is nice too - I think they tried to create a real "community" feel w/ FH. |
I know! Looking at what we could buy for $400,000 in AZ is what's tempting us to make the move. 3-4 bedroom homes with a huge kitchen and awesome backyard (with a pool!). You're looking at double the price in the Bay Area.
If you don't mind me asking, how much is your energy bill during the summer?
