I had a similar problem when I first brought home Josephine to my older lab Hendra. Hendra did everything in her power to stay away from the dog including walking behind furniture instead of straight across the family room where the puppy was playing. Any toy Jo-jo played with was shunned and Jo-jo herself was completely ignored as well. I think this is where you are now.

However as time went on Hendra starting actively seeking out my attention because since she was tired of pouting. And because I'm always near the puppy she had to get over her jealousy, suck it up like the big girl she is and walk near Jo-jo. Then after a few days of that Josephine was old enough to go on walks with Hendra and they bonded playing on a field near my house. They get along great now and I really believe it was the walks were they were forced to be near each other.

I'm not sure if it'll work for you, but it certainly worked for me. ^^
