How were mites ruled out?
Other dogs have problems, yes, but an 8 week old puppy wouldn't have allergies yet.
I wouldn't make any food switches for an 8 wk old until they'd been w/ me for at least 3 weeks, and even then very slowly. Aren't you feeding raw though?
