Thank you all for your responses! I feel better knowing others feel the same way. Some people were telling me I was over-reacting and the fact that I have a dog means I should understand dog hair is no big deal. I don’t feel that way at all. Dog hair gets everywhere and it’s not my dog’s hairs so why should I clean it up? I think the black light is a good idea. I will try to find one today at petsmart. Since I am at work my mom is meeting the apt complex today to talk about it. I have used sticky tape to see if the hair was up and it is still there. They have 'cleaned' the rugs twice and it just hasn’t worked. If worse comes to worse I will get them cleaned myself professionally and then vacuum vacuum vacuum. I am just so surprised a complex does not have ways to get it up. We pay almost $700 extra per year to have a dog so they should use that money to make sure it is clean. I am so skeeved out! I will not move my stuff in there till I am sure it is clean. Thanks again!
