Yeah, Amazon is pretty much my deal resource. I check amazon first and then move on from there.

DO be sure to check out the review history of the people you buy from (especially if its large items like steamers/vacuums.) There are some crappy merchants out there so you do need to watch out a bit. I always look at the negative ratings rate when I purchase off a new merchant. If it seems kind of high (depends on your definition ) I always make sure to go and look for the negative reviews to see what they say. Sometimes they turn out to be valid - sometimes its just customers who don't get it or expect too much. If you have any doubts about a seller at all - just don't buy. Usually there is another one with a very similar price who has a better buyer history.

I haven't had any major issues with Amazon, I've made a couple complaints on some small items and they've been really great about making it right (items that never got delivered and I got a refund in 48 hours.) I love them for that, because I've had major issues with Paypal.
