Hi there. How you secure the harness is very stable. The ring goes into a slot on the other side & they overlap w/the velcro. Hope I explained it ok. Lol It's a very nice harness. I especially like that it doesn't touch the throat. I have a pink one for Princess (Turbo's sis), & Mimi & Momo have a 12" chest, so I have no use for this one.
I purchased it in a pet boutique in Beverly Hills. It was the last light blue they had at the time.
