Welcome. My first question would be how long you have had both doggies and have they been raised together since they were puppies? Other than that I would think that aggressiveness could be the result of the lack of attention, training, and socialization. Both my previous yorkie and my present yorkie would be at the totally opposite end of the scale. Very friendly and very mellow. Kacee is a very mellow girl.
