Has anyone had good or bad experience with littlebreeds.com?

I can see that there are multiple breeds that are bred, which I've come to learn isn't good thing.
No contract that I can see...
Maybe I've answered my own question? hehe
It would still be informative to know if anyone has had/heard anything good and/or bad about this site/breeder.
I've e-mailed the point of contact to see if I would be able to come to the property to view the pup and to see the parents. I guess the answer to that question will let me know if it's a trustworthy place or not.
