Thank you all for your great suggestions. I plan to walk the pups together as soon as Aspen gets all her shots and the vet gives us the ok. I know this will help them identify each other as members of a pack. I did some research online and many vets feel that as long as the dogs are not in danger of truly hurting one another, sometimes it's best to let them work themselves out. Dogs know how to communicate with other dogs better than humans can. I try to let Nikko handle it but he just avoids her and doesn't really let her know he doesn't like playing that way. Aspen thinks he's the greatest toy and loves to run after him. Lol
