You can actually make one yourself. All they are, are flash drives. You can buy one for 10.00 and do the same thing yourself. It is a good thing to have. However, if someone steals your dog, the last they are going to do is return it whether you have this tag on or not. And some people might not even think it comes apart to put into a computer.
