Kalina doesn't stay in the whelping box with her puppies, but I'm not worried because they are fatties too and have more than tripled their birth weight at 16 days. She keeps them well fed and really clean, but she's not overly attentive. Since this is her first litter, I figure as long as they are well rounded and content they must be fine. PS - their eyes opened today. So adorable!
