She may have "conjunctivitis" as it is common in dogs. Or she may have a "boo-boo" and that can get infected too. Most likely your vet will check out for any foreign object, than prescribe you a topical antibiotic ointment.
She will better soon. We are crossing our finger there will be no foreign object or debris inside .
