i think dogs need a variety of different foods not all of one thing or another...Karrie and I use this recipe because we both trusted her mom as a hobby nutritionist for dogs. I really believe this is helping Sadie eat better than she would have on kibble and keeps her healthier and keeps her teeth clean and her poop regulated.

the rice and eggs and veggies add carbs that proteins don't give the dogs, their bodies are much like humans in that they need variety and they need a lot of nutrients. they jsut don't need rotten ones from some companies floor...


google the history of dog food and the results might make you sick, the things they crush up to feed our dogs is awful, horses, euthanized pets, ext all might be lurking in that kibble..

it's always a personal choice, some vets don't approve, but it works for us and we swear by it.

Yes, thank you I did! Thats why I wanted to homecook my puppy. Most poeple look at me like Im totally crazy but I made him something last night (not raw, I made a reciepe from the reciepe thread) and Ive never seen Maxi eat so fast or enjoy food so much. Honestly, it almost made me cry.
