I'm so sorry to hear you are having these horrible things happen to you in your puppy search. May I suggest you use Yorkshire Terrier Club of America (ytca.org) as a starting point and find yourself a trustworthy breeder. You won't regret it, I promise you. When I first bought Sophie, I went down the wrong avenue. I've now just purchased a Biewer a la Pom Pon and I researched the breed, it's history, and it's breeder code of ethics. I can tell you I feel much more comfortable with this purchase. Sophie (my Yorkie) is a beautiful dog but I consider myself "lucky" that worse things didn't happen. Good luck to you!
