I don't know...I believe that anyone in an electric cart, or w/ kids, or in a wheelchair, or on crutches, or w/ a walker etc. has right-of-way over me, period.
Maybe there are people who use those carts and we wonder if they really should be using them...but unless we've read their medical history, I feel they deserve the benefit of the doubt (unless they park their cart at the door, and then jog to their car while carrying groceries...then maybe not  , but you know what I'm sayin'). |
Ann, thank you for your insight. I agree with you 100%. It is hard to understand unless you have seen both sides of the issue, and have walked in their shoes. When stores are really crowded, I am AFRAID to walk because I am not very stable..... if I get jostled, then I stumble, if someone bumps my bum leg, I hit the floor.
