As long as they are kept dry and free from creepy critters, the shelf life is indefinate. I have some from 3+ years ago sitting in a glass mason jar in my cupboard - they look as fresh as the day they came out of the oven and when I give the kids a few, I am happy to report that I hear the signature YY crunch crunch.
