Well we went to the dr today. He said that I had a possible incopetent cervix since the cervix opened enough to allow the cord to prolapse, and that the placenta was inflammed possibly due to an infection or just from the delivery. So no definate answers as to what happened.
But he did say we can try again when we're ready and if/when I get pregnant again I will have a cerclage done early.
