Walking together, like what's been suggested, will help to form them as a pack. Also, sit on the floor with them to play and the instant the puppy starts getting in Nikko's face move her back and tell her No or Quit or whatever it is you say to get her to know that behavior is not allowed. And redirect her energy to a toy or different activity. Puppies have sooooo much energy and don't realize they can be overwhelming. Help her now to understand boundaries and she'll be better off for it later on. It will also help both of them to see you as the leader and to know that you are watching out for them. Good luck and give it time, she won't be a puppy forever. lol
